Cinderblock is complete

The cinder blocks arrived on Wednesday in our first of many deliveries from Dean Lumber. Quintin(our builder) delivered sand yesterday and shortly after, the mason men arrived. The cinderblock is all in place. The slab will be poured as soon as the plumber does his rough work for drains. Ryan has met all of the men that have been here to deliver and is having a blast being a "general contractor."

Nothing happened today (Friday).

Finished block -- concrete will be poured up to where that raised edge is.

Construction Began

There are a few pictures of the activity today in the side yard...or what used to be the Lockman side yard. Today, construction began on Memaw's new addition. As you can see, they dug up the sidewalk and began to dig for the footers to be poured. They are definitely moving right along.
