Tues.12-9-08 Second coat of drywall mud applied.





Fri. 12-12-08 3rd coat of drywall mud applied. Plumber installed new Hot Water Heater and connected copper pipe to Memaw's addition.








Mon. 12-12-08 Sanding done on drywall.





Tues. 12-16-08 Interior doors and trim arrive.
Thurs. 12-18-08 Doors hung and most of the trim. Ryan helps clean saw dust up with his bulldozer and checks out what has been done for the day.

Thursday, Dec 4 - Saturday, Dec 6

Thurs. 12-04-08 Smeco arrived to bury underground wire connecting meter box to main line coming from the road. Lockman meter moved and reconnected. Electricians hooked main wire coming from new location of Lockman meter box to our fuse box in the basement. Heating and A/C crew arrived and hooked up Memaw's heat. Installation Dept. of Dean Lumber called and kitchen cabinets will be installed the first week of Jan.

Fri. 12-05-08 Drywall men taped and applied mud to the bottom half of the addition.

Sat. 12-06-08 Drywall men were back to finish taping and applying mud to the top half of the walls and the ceiling. It looks great.

Tuesday 12-2-08 & Wednesday 12-3-08

Tues. 12-2-08 drywall installed. yes, it's purple and green and it's for preventing moisture because the "house" is on a slab. Electricians came by to prepare for SMECO to connect main feed line on Thurs. 12-4-08 which will provide heat and electric to the house. Plumber was here to drill hole to connect ice maker line. Requested delivery of hot water heater, pipe and valves needed.(Camera was on wrong setting. All pictures taken today were dark. Sorry)

12-03-08 Hot water heater,copper pipe and valves delivered from Thomas Somerville. Heating and A/C crew placed outside unit on the side of the Memaw's addition & thermostat inside preparing for SMECO. Once main line is connected by SMECO, they will be back to turn the heat on.

Tuesday 11-25-08

Tues. 11-25-08- MDIA approved insulation. Drywall, mud and tape delivered from Mitch's Branch of Capitol Building Supply. No action the rest of the week.
